How to Log In to Brilliance CRM

Requirements: To log in, you will need three pieces of information provided by your system administrator:

• Your Account Code
• Your Email Address
• Your Password

Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Brilliance CRM login page. You will see fields for your account information.
2. In the Account Code field, enter the code for your organization.
3. In the Email Address field, enter the email address associated with your account.
4. In the Password field, enter your password.
5. Click the Log into the portal button to continue.

Expected Result: If your information is correct, you will be successfully logged in and will see your main CRM dashboard.

Note: The message "All activities on this site are monitored" is a standard security notification.
