Jordan Feasel helps guide the operational direction of Brilliance with a focus on people, process, customer needs, and practical execution.
Drawing on his Marine background, Jordan brings a disciplined and mission-focused approach to how the company operates. His role centers on turning strategy, customer feedback, and product direction into repeatable execution as Brilliance continues to grow.
His focus is straightforward: build useful software, serve real businesses well, and keep the organization aligned around the long-term mission.
Founder & Lead Architect
John Marx is the founder and lead architect behind Brilliance One, with responsibility for much of the platform architecture, product direction, security foundation, and technical strategy.
Drawing on his Army background and hands-on software development experience, John approaches the platform with a focus on discipline, scalability, practical architecture, and keeping complex systems understandable.
His goal is to build enterprise-level capability that growing businesses can realistically adopt, operate, and expand without turning software administration into another full-time problem.
