Requirements:
- You must know the Account Code and Email Address for your user account.
Instructions:
- From the main login page, click the Recover Your Password button.
- The page will update, and the "Password" field will disappear. Verify that your Account Code and Email Address are entered correctly.
- Click the Recover Password button a second time.
- You will see a green confirmation message on the screen. This message confirms that a recovery email has been sent. The next step is to check your email inbox.

- Check your email inbox for an email from Brilliance CRM / Fawkes Digital Marketing. Note: Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox.

- This email contains a new, temporary password for your account.
- Return to the main login page and use your Account Code, your Email Address, and this new password to log in.
- Upon logging in, you will be immediately and automatically taken to a page forcing you to update your password.

- In the New Password field, create a new, permanent password for your account. You must follow all the security rules (e.g., 10 characters, uppercase, number, etc.).
- Click the Update Password button.
Expected Result: Your new, permanent password will be set, and you will be automatically logged in to the main dashboard. You will use this new password for all future logins.
