Where do addresses exist?

Within Brilliance CRM, when we need to store or give the option to store (e.g., not required but beneficial information), we have addresses available in the following modules:

  • Accounts
  • Affiliates
  • Job Postings
  • My Accounts
  • News & Events
  • Portal Users
  • Products: Warehouses
  • Projects
  • Random Clients
  • Site Monitors

Addresses are central to many modules in the system, and all share the same overall features and functionality.

  • General (Note: Not every field is shown. Fields for addresses can be turned on/off by going to Settings, App Setup)
    • Address Type: The type of address (e.g., MAIN, HOME, BUSINESS, etc.)
    • Account Number: An account number that may be associated with this address.
    • Salutation: The salutation (e.g, Mr, Mrs, Miss)
    • First Name: The first name of the person.
    • Last Name: The last name associated with the person.
    • Display Name: The display name of the user.
    • Email Address: The primary email address of the user.
    • Company Name: The company name the user is assigned to.
    • Title: The person's job title.
    • Address Line 1: Street address line 1.
    • Address Line 2: Street address line 2.
    • Country: The country the address is associated with.
    • Note: This is before you enter the Postal Code, City, State, and County information, as the system can do a postal code lookup if it's enabled.
    • Postal Code: The address postal code.
    • City: The city the address is in
    • State: The state the address is in.
    • County: The county that the address is in.
  • Phones
    • Any phone numbers that are related to this address.
  • Emails
    • Any emails that are associated with this address.
  • Dates
    • Any dates that are specific to this address.
  • Links
    • Any links (e.g., website links) related to this address.
  • Cards
    • Any identification cards related to this address.
  • Demographic
    • Gender: The gender of the user.
    • Time Zone: The time zone this user is in.
    • Marital Status: The marital status of the user.
    • Ethnicity: The ethnicity of the user the address belongs to.
    • Date of Birth: The date of birth of the user.
    • ID Type: The ID of the user.
    • ID Number: The ID number that the ID type belongs to.
    • Phone: The primary phone number.
    • Phone (Mobile): The primary mobile phone number.
  • Additional
    • Additional Information
    • Do Not Send Emails: Do not send any emails to this account.
    • Do Not Send Mail: Do not send any regular USPS mail to this account.
    • Do Not Call: Marketing that you should not contact this account with any phone calls.
    • Do Not Text: Marketing that you should not contact this account with any text messages. This applies to SMS and MMS messages.
  • Custom Fields
    • Any custom fields that you have created in the system
