Introduction
The Session Information module in Brilliance CRM provides a full audit trail of every user session. It shows who logged in, when, from where, what modules they accessed, and what actions they performed.
This feature is crucial for system monitoring, security auditing, compliance, and troubleshooting. Each session record includes three sub-tabs: General, Location, and Logs—giving you full visibility into session details.

Understanding the Session Log Screen
Each row in the grid represents a session and displays:
Use the Search bar or Filter dropdown to find specific sessions. Click the Export to Excel icon to download all session data.
Clicking a row opens detailed information across three sub-tabs:
General
Shows core session metadata and user details:
Location
Displays IP-based location and network data:
Logs
Filters the full activity log to show only the actions taken during this session:
