How to Add and Manage Links (e.g., Social Media)

How to Get Here:

  1. Navigate to the detail page for the contact you want to add a link for.
  2. In the sub-tab menu, click on Links.

  1. Click the + Add New URL button.

Instructions:

  1. On the "Add New Link" page, select a Category from the dropdown menu that best describes the link (e.g., "LinkedIn," "Facebook," "Personal" website).
  2. Enter a Description for the link.
  3. Paste the full website address into the URL field.
  4. Verify the settings of the toggles on the right, such as ensuring Active is ON.
  5. Click the green Save Link Information button.

Expected Result

After saving, the link will appear in the grid on the Links sub-tab, ready to be used in other parts of the CRM.

You can then use the navigation options at the top to return to the previous screens or add another link.
