How to Get Here
- Navigate to the detail page for the Account you are working on.
- Click the Address tab, then click the Edit (pencil icon ✎) button next to the desired contact.
- On the contact detail screen, click the Members sub-tab.

- Click the + Add New Member button.
Instructions
- On the "Add New Member" page, select a Category that defines the relationship (e.g., "Daughter," "Spouse," "Dog").
- Enter the First Name and Last Name of the person (or pet).
- Enter the important Date, such as their birthday.
- Verify the settings of the toggles on the right:
- Active: Ensure this is ON for current, relevant relationships.
- Remind Annually: Turn this ON if you want to receive a notification for this date every year.
- Click the green Save Member Information button.
Expected Result
After saving, the new member will appear in the list on the Members sub-tab.

You can then use the navigation options at the top to return to the previous screens or add another member.
