How to Access the Menu: From the dashboard, click the three-line icon (☰) at the top-left of the screen to open the menu.
Menu Options:
- Dashboard: This returns you to the main dashboard screen, which is your "home base."
- Accounts & Leads: This is the core of your CRM. It's where you will manage your customer accounts and potential new customers (leads).
- Communication: This section likely contains tools for managing your emails, calls, and other interactions with clients.
- Users: This area is for viewing and managing the user accounts on your team.
- Security, Tools, My Account Settings: These sections contain more advanced settings for your account and the CRM itself.
- My Change Password: Takes you to the screen to update your password (we've already documented this).
- Logout: Securely logs you out of the application.
